Customer involvement is high on the agenda for Enterprise Home Care, as this provides the clear direction from our customers to deliver a fantastic service.
A customer approached us to ask could we create an event to get people out of their homes. They suggested a “Coffee Afternoon” to reduce isolation and loneliness.
So we did it – we held our first coffee event on the 30.11.18. It was well attended and we had a great afternoon over mince pies and coffee.
It was great to see our staff and customers and non-customers of Enterprise interacting and having such a great laugh.
It made the team feel very proud to work for Enterprise Home Care.
